STORE POLICY

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout by the weight of the items within your order and your shipping location. All orders will be shipped through USPS or UPS or DHL (outside of US option). 
Our order packing & processing time is 5-7 business days (not including holidays). This is due to some of our items being handmade to order, and more importantly because your items and order are important to us and we need this time window to ensure that your order is packaged with the care and attention it deserves. 
In this time your items are pulled, wrapped, created if handmade, labelled, boxed and packaged for shipment.
Our5-7 business day processing time does not include parcel travel time.
Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive another email with your package tracking information. Please allow 24-48hrs from the time of receiving your tracking information for us to physically get it to the postal service location and for the shipping status to update in the USPS/UPS system. 
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been handed off to the postal service we are no longer responsible for any shipping delays. If your order has been given to USPS/UPS (which we do keep a printed record of from both USPS & UPS for every order) and they do not update your tracking information, that unfortunately is beyond our control. We have no more access to your package’s tracking info than you do. It is even possible for a package to stay in the “Pre-Shipment” stage while it is traveling to you, if the postal service has not updated its status in their system. 
We understand how frustrating this can be, but unfortunately in the state of everything due to COVID-19 (especially during holiday season) the US Postal service has been bogged down more than usual, and again, we are not liable for their shipping delays.
If your package simply never arrives please do not hesitate to send us an email venusnoire11@gmail.com We will then confirm with the postal service that your package was lost in transit and file a claim for our losses, then we will either issue you a full refund for your order costs or resend the items you ordered, if they are still available. 
We will go to great lengths in packaging your items to ensure that they will make it through the entire shipping process unharmed or damaged. Our boxes are made to. withstand 200lbs of pressure. If your package arrives with a broken/damaged item, wrong item, or such concern, please email  venusnoire11@gmail.com before returning the item. Please include photos of your box/shipping label and the damaged items with your email.
Orders may only be cancelled or adjusted if it has not yet been processed (meaning we have not created tracking information for it yet) and it is still in our order queue. 
If you need to cancel or adjust items in your order please reach out to us via email as soon as possible. 
If you need to cancel an order and its already been processed for shipment you may refuse your package from USPS/UPS, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
